Het concept

Ons concept draait om korte, krachtige sessies die resultaat opleveren. Persoonlijke begeleiding in kleine groepjes van max 4 personen, maximale efficiëntie en plezier zorgen dat je elk moment benut. Slim trainen, snel resultaat en doeltreffend voor ieder doel, zodat bewegen weer voelt als energie geven in plaats van tijd verliezen.

EMS

EMS, oftewel elektrische spierstimulatie, activeert tot wel 90% van je spieren tegelijk. Zo haal je in slechts twintig minuten per week merkbare resultaten, of je nu wilt afvallen, spieren wilt opbouwen of je gewoon fitter en energieker wilt voelen.

I recently did a Spark Session at Spark Sessions in Nuenen, and I have to be honest, I didn't have many expectations beforehand. I've been working out intensively for years and have done many different sports, such as kickboxing, running, and spinning. A 20-minute workout sounded like "a quick fix" to me. I went with a friend. Upon arrival, we received a super enthusiastic welcome and a clear and calm explanation of how everything worked. They took the time to explain what to expect, how the suit works, and that it's all safe. We were well-guided in putting on and adjusting the suit, which immediately gave us confidence. The first few exercises went well, and I thought: this isn't too bad. You do feel the shocks, as if your muscles are contracting more, but it seemed manageable. What I didn't expect is that the warmer you get during the workout, the more intense the shocks become. As the workout progressed and I started sweating more and more, it became really physically demanding. Exercises that are normally simple suddenly required much more strength and focus. I was sweating profusely and had to really push myself. After 20 minutes, I felt like I'd done a full, heavy workout. Back home, after showering, I already felt muscle soreness coming on, and it only worsened in the days that followed. I had severe muscle soreness for at least four days, but I also felt like my body had really worked hard. My low expectations were completely shattered. This is a super effective way to train, especially if you have a busy life and little time. An intense workout in a short time where you really feel the results. I went home feeling energized and satisfied. A truly enjoyable workout, with professional guidance, great people, and a surprisingly effective workout. Absolutely recommended!
